All pre designed decks are not customizable and use the following criteria unless otherwise noted.
Attached to existing structure, 5/4x6 Pressure treated decking material install parallel to exterior wall, 6x6 posts, 2x8 beams and joists. Railings are over the top style w/ 2x2-42 beveled balusters and 4x4 posts.

All decks to be built to industry standards and comply with all local building codes. Contractor reserves the right to sell any pre designed deck based on job site conditions.

NOTES AND INFO TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

• Some counties require certain size and elevation decks to have setback requirements, be prepared to have a copy of your plot plan available and ready to apply for variances if applicable. below is a sample of a plot plan.
• Home owner associations may have many different requirements to work within, you will need a copy of the requirements and be ready to comply with their rules and regulations
• All work performed will be performed in regard to all localand county code requirements and may require permitting that may limit the scope of work.
• All utilities will be marked before any digging is performed this will be conducted by Miss Utility
• Construction work is very disruptive to your life, We respect you inviting us as a guest to your home and you can be assured that ever precaution and action will be taken to allow for the most minimal impact to you and your family.
• Unforeseen issues that can arise during construction will be addressed through change orders (ie: rocks and boulders, rot and decay, structural damage, utilities ect…) Before any work can proceed all parties will consult and agree upon work that needs to be done and process a change order along with a payment.
• Customer requests will require a change order, depending on scope of change work may stop until all plans, consultations and payments have all been completed.
• Upon completion of your deck, patio, and or landscaping project a project manager will, walk the area and take photos (with your permission), perform a final zero punch list, present you with a lien waiver, and activate your one year warranty.
